Return & Exchange Policy – Knotz and Thread​

​ At Knotz and Thread, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.

​Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange your saree within 4 days from the date of delivery.
  • The saree must be in good condition, neatly packed, and returned in its original cover.
  • Please note, we do not offer a pickup facility. The return courier must be arranged by you at your own cost.

Return & Refund Policy

  • ​Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged.
  • A full opening video of the parcel (from the beginning till the end without cuts) is mandatory as proof.
  • Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
